OGRA

Pakistan's Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority — licenses all petroleum imports and marketing.

OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) is Pakistan's downstream regulator. Any entity importing, storing, or marketing petroleum products (crude, refined, LPG) in Pakistan must hold an OGRA license.
