Refund Policy
OilFlow Network sells two one-off products, paid before delivery: the Counterparty Screen and the Counterparty File. Either is paid by invoice; where /pricing offers it, the Screen can also be paid by card on a hosted checkout. A marketplace listing, where one is offered, sells the product named on it. Prices and what each includes are at /pricing. This page says when a fee is refunded and how to ask.
1. The Counterparty File
The File is delivered by the end of the third business day after your payment lands. If it is not in your inbox by then, the fee is refunded in full.
2. The Counterparty Screen
The Screen is machine output on one name, delivered within the hour of payment landing, marked DRAFT for review by independent legal counsel, with no human read. It carries no money-back term for late delivery or for its content. If a Screen you paid for cannot be delivered at all, the fee is refunded in full.
3. What a refund does not cover
A refund is a billing remedy for late or failed delivery. It is not a warranty on the content of a report. A Screen or File reports what its sources returned on the day it ran; a counterparty reported clear is not thereby guaranteed legitimate, and a report you disagree with is not a late one. PEP screening and an adverse-media sweep are not included in either product and are stated as not included on every deliverable and invoice.
4. How to ask
Reply to the invoice or delivery email, or write to [email protected] quoting the invoice number or the card receipt. Refunds are issued by a person, not a script, and are returned by the same rail the payment arrived on, in the currency paid. Bank and card processing times are outside our control.
5. Marketplace orders
An order placed through a marketplace listing is paid to and refunded by that marketplace under its own resolution process, and its delivery time is the one stated on the listing. The refund is handled where the money is held. A card payment on the hosted checkout linked from /pricing is not a marketplace order: it is refunded by us under this policy.
