636 OFAC-designated networks

OFAC annotates many SDN entries with a remark of the form (Linked To: NAME). Read across the whole US Consolidated Screening List, those remarks describe networks. This index lists every network whose head is itself designated and which has 3 or more designated members. Nothing here is OilFlow's inference: the head, the members and the link are each OFAC's own published text.

Names on OilFlow's protected list are excluded. This is a reading of a public record, not a screening result: screen the actual counterparty, with its aliases, before any decision.
