What this surface checks

OilFlow Verified directory. Counterparties who have submitted document-backed UBO disclosure, company registration, reference letters, or trade-history samples via /counterparty/onboard and been approved by OilFlow's verification team.
OilFlow Cluster blocklist. First-party investigated fraud clusters from the SKU #3 Cluster Intelligence Feed. CEO impersonators, fictional shell entities, warm-introducer routing networks. Entities never appear on any sanctions list; they are caught only here.
